Rob has over 18yrs of product and programme management experience in the public and private sector. He was the programme manager for HMRC’s largest IT programme (Making Tax Digital) and senior product manager for the COVID Lateral Flow website. He communicates and negotiates concisely to board level, having worked at Senior Civil Servant level within the Public Sector and as Head of Product in the private sector. A trained Agile Practitioner, he’s able to apply frameworks during delivery (including GDS). He’s driven key business change, with over £40m budget accountability and led teams of over 100 staff throughout the lifecycle.
