Martin brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving transformative growth in the technology sector. His expertise in leadership, strategic guidance, and fostering a positive corporate culture will be instrumental in propelling our organisation forward.

His experience in successfully leading and managing acquisitions, will be invaluable as we explore growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand our reach and capabilities.

Martin joins NWT with a diverse and extensive professional experience spanning various leadership and advisory roles in the technology sector, including at IBM and HP. At HP, Martin led the UK sales organisation for 5 years and led HP Enterprise Services sales for another 5 years.

More recently Martin has led and transformed mid-sized IT services businesses from both a CEO and Chairman role. As part of that transformation journey, Martin acquired, integrated and successfully sold several businesses.

Throughout his career, Martin has demonstrated a deep passion for nurturing and developing the next generation of tech talent.
