Helen started her career as a trainee recruitment consultant in 1999 for Kelly Services, gaining experience in many divisions including Commercial, Industrial, Education and IT. Helen worked her way up to Business Manager over 12 years, where she managed a number of different offices in the South East and London. Helen dealt with multiple industries within Government and Private sectors. In 2011 she had a career break, focusing her time on raising her sons and supporting the family business. In September 2022 Helen joined the NWT team as their Internal Recruitment Executive.
