Chris is an ambitious, unconventional, execution-focused leader with the mental agility to simplify the complex and create impactful solutions. He conceptualises ideas, turns them into prototype plans and involves stakeholders and his teams in coalescing these into concrete solutions. This agile, collaborative process then continues as the plan is actioned as he seeks input to test and retest the approach. This enables him to fully utilise the collective intelligence of those around him, meaning the approach is optimised both in its creation and in its execution. He has worked in the industry for 10+ years for a number of companies, solving a variety of challenging and complex problems.
