THE ROLE
KEY OUTCOMES
One of our Programme Delivery Directors worked with our clients Programme Director to oversee the delivery of the company’s vision for the programme including:
- Managing dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning and feeding into larger programmes and portfolios
- Removing blockers and managing risks, commercials, budgets and people
- Providing indepth knowledge of Agile and other methodologies
- Managing and communicating programme status to a complex stakeholder group, while balancing priorities
- Acting as initial escalation point for the programme
KEY OUTCOMES
- Coached teams in Agile and Lean practices, creating new ways of working
- Resolved high-risk commercial management issues.
- Mediated between all stakeholders and managed stakeholder expectations and facilitated discussions
