THE CLIENT WAS UNDERTAKING A MAJOR CLOUD PROCUREMENT PROGRAMME AND WAS LOOKING FOR HANDS ON ADVISORY SERVICES TO HELP SHAPE THEIR STRATEGY AND VISION. THEY WANTED A PARTNER THAT COUYLD ALSO THEN HELP THEM TO ALIGN THE DELIVERY ASPECTS OF THE PROGRAMME TO THAT VISION.

The Client wanted guidance on commercial direction including negotiations, procurements and approvals. The role focused on direction and leadership and included senior stakeholder management to also set expectations, commercial direction and leadership. NWT provided an experience Commercial Director who took responsibility for the management of all commercial aspects of the programme including negotiations, procurements and approvals.
