Phil has worked with large IT Solution Providers during a 20-year career in both Sales, Commercial and Delivery roles. Recently, he has been involved in many outsourcing wins across the Public and Private Sector. Prior to this he held Global positions in IT procurement including category, process, policy and system, leading a global Ariba Implementation. He has a deep understanding of the full procurement cycle and Requisition to Pay processes and solutions.
In a consulting capacity and his knowledge of Lean, he has helped clients solve complex business problems across a number of business domains. During his career he has introduced and built key alliances with technology companies at all levels, using his commercial background to forge long lasting relationships. Phil is now using his broad experience and relationships to compliment NWT’s growth aspirations.
