Having over 20 years’ experience, Carlie has worked in all areas of HR. Carlie has worked within different industry’s within her career including working with several start up high-growth organisations within her own HR Consultancy. Carlie is passionate about HR enabling employees to work to their best ability and is skilled at reviewing processes and procedures when necessary to ensure that this is always the case. Carlie is Level 7 CIPD qualified (post grad/Masters Degree).
